We produce items to order in most cases. We will typically need 1-8 business days for production.
When placing orders of multiple items, please understand that items may be shipped separately.
- Be mindful of processing times which do not include shipping times may be from 1-7 business days and can be extended to 1-15 days. During COVID, this time may be longer and is not within our control as shippers/partners are moving as quickly as possible.
- We do not cancel orders, however if you notice an issue please contact us within 1 hour - we may be able to assist, however cannot guarantee.
- Some items may ship directly from our vendor and some items may ship from other geographical locations such as: NYC, Kentucky, Florida, California, Mexico, China, Japan, Michigan, etc. please be sure to follow the listings for sizing and processing times. We sometimes ship directly from our vendor to expedite the time in which you receive your order.
- Letter placement and colors may sometimes vary as all of our products are produced to order, this means that it is produced after your order and is custom, therefore is not returnable nor refundable. If there is an issue with an order, CONTACT US FIRST!
- We will offer sales from time-to-time, contact us if you have an order of 5 of the same item or more. We do accept group orders, message us for options.
- The image shown may be a digital version of the physical product. Therefore, expect 1-2 image and color differences.
- We do not guarantee delivery times as they are not in our control, however we may offer an estimation.
- If you need an item before a specific date, please message us first prior to ordering to see if we are able to accommodate your request. Otherwise, packages received later than an expedited delivery date are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- If there is an issue with an order, contact us with in 7 business days of delivery. Please be prepared to send us at least 3 pictures of the issue and advise what the issue(s) is/are, we will discuss the issue with you.
- As we move closer to the holiday season, processing times may be subject to delays - we will make every attempt prevent delays, however cannot be responsible for any delays after we have shipped or for those produced internationally.
- We do not offer refunds for orders. Orders may be delayed due to COVID-19. Production times may be extended as well as shipping times.
- If there are issues with your order, we may request pictures of the issue(s).
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take 5-7 days before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
- A restocking fee in some cases may apply if other exceptions are approved.
- If exceptions are made regarding returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
